Welcome to L.H. Dance Academy! We are a local dance school based in the Crowthorne and Wokingham area, and we've been established since 2007. L.H. Dance Academy offers a variety of dance classes such as ballet, tap, modern, and street. We accommodate individuals with varying abilities from 3 years old and upwards.
Our aim is to encourage the learning of dance techniques and performance skills in a fun and friendly atmosphere. We are always working towards either exams, shows or community events. Laura Henderson - Principal
Laura Henderson is the principal of L.H. Dance Academy. Laura started dancing at a very young age, and later decided to further her studies at The Centre of Performing Arts College in London, graduating as a qualified ISTD dance teacher.
Laura has been involved in many dance shows over the years, and has been an extra in Spooks as well as featuring on T4. Laura danced with The Berkshire Youth Dance Company for 2 years, performing at numerous events including at the Queen's Jubilee before Her Majesty herself. Laura loves performing, and finds great satisfaction in passing on her knowledge and experience to children through her dance academy.
Laura lives in Feltham with her husband Mark. Besides dancing, she enjoys crafts, theatre, and spending time with her friends at Amyand Park Chapel.
